If you want to keep your touch on the ball and stay in shape during Shelter in Place, come work out with us! We are offering online Zoom workouts during this time for beach volleyball specific training. Each workout is created uniquely by our coaching staff and includes a minimum of 1 hour of ball work, ball control, and volleyball specific movement and footwork, in addition to 1 hour of volleyball specific exercises which may include plyometrics, cardio endurance, general strength training and core depending on the day. These workouts use minimal equipment, but they will maximize and maintain touch on the ball.

We realize that planning during this time is difficult, and we want to help. When you buy an Online Practice Package, your unused sessions will roll over to our In-Person practices when we are able to resume practice on the sand. In addition, Online Practice Package Holders will receive a Free Tryout and 20% off their In-Person Practice Package.
